Booking Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you have an emergency with your pet, please call us and then come to the hospital immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

No-Shows

Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without giving advance notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if there is no notice at all, this will be considered a “no-show” and you will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

Payment Policy

Petroglyph Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, debit card, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa); sorry we do not accept cheques unless prior arrangements have been made with management. So that we can continue to provide you with high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
